Terms of use

Last updated July 25, 2026

By using NurseLock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

NurseLock combines nursing-study exercises, progress tools, and optional device-level app blocking. Features and question content may change as the service improves.

Not medical advice

NurseLock is an educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, replace clinical judgment, or replace an accredited course, instructor, employer policy, or licensing authority.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store. The price, billing period, renewal date, trial terms (if any), cancellation controls, and refund process shown by the store govern your purchase. Deleting NurseLock does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases can restore an eligible purchase made with the same store account.

Device permissions

App blocking requires Screen Time or Android usage-access and overlay permissions. You control these permissions in device settings and can revoke them at any time. Do not rely on NurseLock as the only control for safety, compliance, or emergency access.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, access another person's data, misuse store credentials, copy or redistribute the question bank, bypass access controls, or use NurseLock for unlawful purposes.

Availability and results

NurseLock is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted. Study results, readiness bands, streaks, and estimates are educational indicators; they do not guarantee an examination result, licensure, or employment outcome.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect NurseLock, its users, or store and legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest terms.
